A two-hour audit of your business, finances, strategy and priorities — to set your direction.

Before the session, you complete a detailed questionnaire and audit. I review your business, finances, current challenges and where things are getting stuck, then we meet for two focused hours of strategic clarity. You leave with direction, priorities and a clear picture of the next steps — and often it becomes the doorway into deeper advisory work.
